Community Assessment & DATA Management Plan
- On December 31, 2019, the Town of Lynnfield and the Lynnfield Substance Use Prevention Coalition, d/b/a A Healthy Lynnfield(AHL),received a five-year Drug-Free Communities (DFC) award from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Public health data collected using federal funds are publicly available, unless otherwise indicated. The Data Management Plan outlines these datasets.
- The DATA USE AGREEMENT outlines available datasets collected as part of this grant and outlines the terms and conditions of sharing data with individual researchers and organizations.
